About us
To ensure that customers get the most out of our products, Toyota Textile Machinery has established service centers all around the world in order to be located as close as possible to our customers. At our training centers, we offer a wide range of technical courses that match the individual needs of each customer.
TTM Europe
We are the only company in the world to supply both spinning and weaving machines. Our expertise is therefore broader, our know-how greater. Our world-renowned Airjet weaving machines deliver reliable service around the world, from Turkey to Brazil. Our spinning machines are both efficient and flexible.
Our history
- 1926 Toyota Industries Corporation was founded by Sakichi Toyoda to manufacture and sell the automatic looms which he had invented and perfected
- 1980 Toyoda Textile Machinery, Inc. (TTM) was established as the first subsidiary of Toyoda Automatic Loom Works in the US, now Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) located in Japan.
- 1999 TICO purchased Nissan Textile Machinery Corp, USA (NTC) and was merged into TTM.
- 2016 TTM changed the company name to Toyota Textile Machinery, Inc.
